The 2007 Annual RSPA Slo-Pitch Awards Banquet & Dance
The RSPA 2007 Banquet and Awards Dance is now scheduled for
TWO DIFFERENT NIGHTS ;
Saturday, October 20 and Saturday, October 27;
The season ending banquet with open bar, all you can eat buffet; lots of door prizes at the same great location!
Westwood Banquet Hall; 90 Woodbine Downs, Upstairs (see map below)
(North-west corner of Woodbine Downs Blvd. and Carrier Drive)
Banquet is now on TWO DIFFERENT NIGHTS
Saturday, October 20 and Saturday, October 27;
Rough guidelines are to have Comp division to Int-4 (or Int-5) on the later date - Saturday, October 27;
and Rec to Int-6 (or Int-5) on Saturday, October 20;
however, we will be flexible if a team, or individuals, wish to switch dates;
players may even attend both dates; it's a great night out for $40;
We will either be giving out as a door prize, one monster 50" large screen plasma TV, or two 42" TV's;
Door Prizes --- Doors Open at 6:00 pm ---
Dinner at 8:00 pm --- Dance: 9:30 - 1:00 am
Grand Prize Drawn at 12:00 Midnite; must be a player or a coach to win grand prize; must be there to claim it;
Awards for all Division Playoff Champions, must be there to claim them;
Tickets: $40.00 per person -- open bar, all you can drink; buffet, all you can eat;
Tickets may be picked up at the door;
All tickets must be pre-booked and confirmed;
each team must guarantee and pay for seven (7) tickets;

Deadline for ticket sales will be Friday, October 12 for the October 20th date, and Friday, October 19, for the October 27th date;
if you did not pick up the tickets at the league meeting, pick up the tickets at the door;
if you have not paid your $240 banquet deposit, mail the cheque immediately; $240 payable to RSPA;
the number of tickets that you confirm, are the nimber of tickets that you pay for;
