RSPA needs SPN carded umpires for recreational coed slo-pitch league and tournaments.
We will train and card. You will be eligible to umpire any SPN league or tournament.

You will become a fully sanctioned SPN umpire, eligible to umpire any SPN league or tournament in Canada.

Clinic cost (2022) is $105 + GST = $118 and includes: SPN umpire card, rulebook, hat, instruction clinic and umpire test.

If you have already written the SPN test you may attend the RSPA umpire clinic for free.

If you attend the RSPA umpire clinic, we will guarantee umpire bookings of at least your RSPA clinic cost
(we cannot guarantee parks or nights).

RSPA is an adult recreational, coed league, with parks in Mississauga-Etobicoke,
Monday to Friday, weekend tournaments available.

RSPA 2023 umpire rates:
• $50 for a single game (no time limit);
• $85 for a double-header with time limit (starting 8:00/8:30 pm);
• $100 for a double header with no time limit (starting 6:30/7:30 pm);
• $140 for a triple-header (6:30 pm to 11:00 pm).
TOURNAMENT: $35 per game (usually 1:15 game slot) Saturday only one-day tournament.

RSPA Coed Slo-Pitch League (7M-3F) looking for new teams for 2023

RSPA Recreational Slo-Pitch is a recreational, coed (7M-3F) slo-pitch league for adults in the Mississauga, west Toronto-Etobicoke area. RSPA is the largest coed league in the GTA with 126 teams in 21 divisions for 2022. Precovid we were 180 teams in 26 divisions for 2019. RSPA offers the most coed divisions of any league, with divisions in SPN Coed C/D level, with several different levels of Coed "E", Coed "F" and a "Corporate/ Fun" division for corporate teams and ALL the teams make the playoffs!
RSPA is SPN affiliated, fully insured and uses SPN carded umpires. A great league, with lots of other activites (in a Covid free season) — Volleyball Night; All-Star Night with home run, base running, throwing and other contests and FREE barbecue, and the BEST banquet in town! Mississauga-Etobicoke parks, double-headers. SPN affiliated, SPN carded umpire (one umpire system).
SPN insured. Called balls and strikes using a mat. No 1-1 count.
Also will have a pool of 50+ players looking to play. Looking for 50+ players. See Open Practice
